Our Homes

The homes and grounds are designed specifically for dementia care and are professionally maintained. They were designed with a "home like" look and feel in mind. Each of our homes is staffed by caregivers with professional training. There is 24 hour a day "awake" professional staff, and staffing ratio of 1 to 3 on duty from 8am to 8pm. Evergreen Corner: Located at 11000 15th Ave. NE. An extensively renovated and remodeled 2,800 sq. ft. home opened in June 1997.  A huge corner lot with lots of mature trees, paved paths, and patios.       Evergreen Park: Located at 528 120th St. New Custom Home, opened in July 1998 10,000 sq. ft. lot with extensive paved walking paths       Evergreen Court West Located at 11339 A 8th Ave NE, New custom built home opened in January 2004.  This home shares extensive grounds and patios with Evergreen Court East.  The activity center is located on the second story and is accessed by a wheel chair ramp     Evergreen Court East: 11339 B 8th Ave NE, New custom built home opened in March 2004.  This home shares extensive grounds and patios with Evergreen Court West.  The offices are located on the second story and is accessed by a wheel chair ramp.       Evergreen Place North Located at 11526 17th Ave. NE. A new custom built home opened in August 2000 on a large lot with mature trees in a quiet neighborhood. Luxurious barrier free home like environment. Note: Evergreen Place South and North now share beautiful expansive grounds.     Evergreen Place South: Located at 11520 17th Ave. NE.
